For the 1st time, I feel I have a purpose, a real purpose in life

Without this meditation, I would never have been able to see my actions and the role I played in all these events of the past. I would always be complaining about this and that, while continuing to think that everything is someone else's fault and not mine. I realized that I carried a lot of pride in me.

You realize that meditation is a fun and cool practice

I thought money was a good thing and my life was good too. I always chased after money and love because I thought I lacked it. But this quest was endless and I was never satisfied. I thought my life was fine, but this meditation opened my eyes: I had no happiness in me. I was just in my world and thought my life was fine. Now, looking back, I see very clearly that I was just hiding my difficulties and that I was unhappy.

I was so busy living in my world filled with expectations that I couldn't see what else was going on.

After this meditation, I am finally happy! Since I no longer have delusional thoughts, I stay focused on one thing at a time. Thanks to this optimal concentration, I am more productive and efficient. I learn faster and I communicate much better with people.

I started practicing this meditation because I was exhausted from my relationships with others. My biggest change came when I was meditating on Stage 2. Above all, I had self-esteem and with this newfound confidence, my relationships improved. Those around me also noticed changes in me and found me much prettier.

My behavior became much more natural to such an extent that I felt fulfilled and at ease. With steps 3 and 4, I realized that I had always carried within me the obsession to be someone good in the eyes of others.

Since this meditation, I have a clean slate every day.

After a month of meditation, my behavior and my habits have totally changed. In college, I always sat in the back of the room, daydreaming to pass the time, but after meditating seriously for a month, I sat in the front row of my class with a desire to listen and to learn.

Learning had become fun, it was no longer the boring routine of old. I even started to raise my finger to ask questions and give answers, which scared me terribly before. I noticed that I was becoming more and more positive, outgoing and my grades in class also improved.

When I see myself at that time, I was deaf. Deaf to the world around me, thinking everything I had in mind was true. I couldn't hear anyone. This meditation opened my mind to the world around me, as well as all my senses.
