When you register as a member, you can follow as many meditation sessions as you want, from the comfort of your home by logging into the zoom app. Since the Covid 19 we offer online sessions by zoom. We offer 2-3 online meditation sessions every day.

What is the meditation discovery session?

During this session you meet one of our guides. The guide gives you a detailed introduction to the meditation method and what you can achieve, followed by a meditation practice. And of course, you can ask all the questions you have. You can book your discovery session here. It is also possible to follow this session discovered by the zoom application, at your convenience.

What is a meditation session like?

The meditation method is guided and very simple. We offer zoom-guided and on-site meditation sessions at the center. You sit comfortably and follow the meditation method with your mind as it is guided. At first the meditation is individually guided, and as soon as you are familiar with the method you can join the group sessions. Meditation requires no physical effort, no dress code, and is not focused on breathing or mantras.

The center's guides accompany you on your journey and will do their best to ensure that you have a good meditation experience.

How often should I meditate?

As much as you want. We encourage our students to take as many sessions as possible to see results and achieve fulfillment. Our goal is for you to be happy and that means choosing the pace that suits your balance. You can meditate when and as many times as you want. Group sessions are available without prior reservation and individual sessions by reservation.

Is meditation experience required?

No. The method is made to be accessible to everyone, regardless of education, religion, age, with or without meditation experience. Our meditation method is so simple that even an 8-year-old child and 80-year-old grandparents can meditate together.

What are the roots of this meditation?

Unlike other meditation practices, which often stem from ancient traditions, this meditation is somewhat recent. The project started in 1996 after an ordinary man named Woo Myung attained complete enlightenment. At the end of 2020, there are more than 5,000 people who have achieved human fulfillment thanks to his method and this number is growing every year.

While the method of meditation is standard to all existing centers around the world, these local centers are independent.

How does the meditation center work?

The center operates as a non-profit association. At the international level, conferences and retreats are organized regularly. There are over 400 independent centers in over 50 countries around the world.

Is this meditation a religion?

No. This meditation transcends religion. Those who engage in this study understand deep down that all religions are one. This meditation does not lead to belief in the Truth, is neither a doctrine nor a dogma. It is within yourself that you find your True Nature and become Truth itself.

This meditation transcends the boundaries of all religions. Meditation elevates the human spirit to its highest level of existence. At the level of the divine, this is where peace is found, this state that governs the Universe. Once this state of peace resides in you permanently, you can transmit it to others.
